Cancellation Policy

 

SCHEDULE CHANGES

- We understand life happens, so You can change to any other regularly scheduled class at any time with no additional fee. Even after you missed the class you were originally scheduled for.

*Note - If you reschedule after you have missed a class, you will not be able to request a refund. This does not apply if you request a change prior to originally scheduled date.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

- Must be requested by email only (la.hfsi@gmail.com)

- 20% processing fee is applied if the request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class & 50% processing at all other times.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
