Cancellation Policy

 

SCHEDULE CHANGES

- You can change to any other regularly scheduled class at any time with no additional fee. Even after you missed the class you were originally scheduled for.

*Note - If you reschedule after you have missed a class, you will not be able request a refund. This does not apply if you request a change prior to originally scheduled date.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

- Must be requested by email only (la.hfsi@gmail.com)

- 20% processing fee applied if request is received at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class & 50% processing at all other times.

- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of the original purchase date.
